Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies

*Bonus content*

Who needs a quick and easy cookie recipe with some added protein?

No-Bake Cookies were my absolute favorite when I was a kid. I loved the texture of the oats and the sweetness of the chocolate.

This is one of many ways you can make them as a slightly lower calorie version, with some added protein.

I told you guys we'd get back to posting bonus content like this, and I meant it.

Nothing will be changing when it comes to the weekly (Wednesday) Patreon exclusive meal prep recipes, but in addition to those, here is a list of upcoming content "series" that we have planned!

Mason Jar Salads

Occasional Higher Calorie Meals

Chia Seed Puddings

Desserts

Side Veggie Recipes

Baked Oats

Overnight Oats

Smoothies

Sample Meal Plans

Patreon Appreciation Box Giveaway

I am also still plugging away at coordinating with a few individuals/companies to try and implement an optional second tier, that will include an aspect of fitness. Don't worry, nothing in this tier will be changing as far as price or content :)

Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies

Comments

I made these as mini-cookies to better fit my deficit macros (it made 29) and they are delicious! Thinking off adding chia seeds and dried fruit next time.

You Rock!

Made these last night and they are very sticky. Like they stuck together in the container I packed them in and couldnt eat without a fork.

I used gluten free oats and ended up with a sticky mess! They taste sooooo good, but are sticky still three days later. Tip for next time? I am not sure what to adjust. Oats? Powder?

Excited about the salads

Made these and loved how easy and delicious they were! I did use a whey casein blend (Pescience) so I had to add quite a bit more liquid (about 1/4 cup) to get the right consistency!

I did, but I have one that is mixed choc and pb powder. I thought they came out with a perfect mix of peanut butter and chocolate flavor. Neither was overpowering. :)

Did you still use the peanut butter powder??? Cause I have the same protein

Heyyyyy can they be made into balls ( no pun intended lol) and they hold shape ?

I used Bulk Barn Brand protein powder (Canada) and had no issues.

Will a different brand of protein powder than the one you use matter? Itโ€™s hard to choose one when you donโ€™t know much about them, and lo and behold, the internet is too conflicting to help.

My plan was to spread the whole batch out on a baking sheet and cut it into like bars. I'll just have to eat this batch with a spoon lol

Sometimes you have to play around with the liquid to get the right consistency. When it comes to shaping them, I cover my finger tip with a little cooking oil so they don't stick.

Did anyone else find these to be like tar and basically impossible to work with? I made a double batch and had to add another whole cup of milk to get them to a consistency I could actually stir them.

These are so delicious! Thank you Zach!

Sooo good! I didnโ€™t have chocolate protein powder so I used Ghost Nutter Butter.
