The great thing about these bento boxes is that they are very versatile. For something like this, if you want something more on the savory end, you could swap the peanut butter for cream cheese. and swap the yogurt for cottage cheese.

I can't eat eggs and I see them used a lot in the bento boxes. What would be an acceptable substitute that would still hit the macros?

2022-10-30 19:58:07 +0000 UTCNot a dumb question at all. As Will stated, just add your liquid of choice and stir. I just use water. Add the water slowly and stir to test the consistency. Add more liquid if needed, until you reach your desired consistency.
