Funny story about this recipe. I did this MONTHS ago and ended up scrapping the whole video because I thought to myself, "who would want JUST a breakfast sandwich?". Well, there was a similar recipe that some guy posted on TikTok and it turns out the answer to that question is, A LOT of people would want it! So many TikTok followers reached out asking me to do something similar. So here we are. Hopefully some of those TikTok followers are here on Patreon to see it.
This type of meal prep is actually really useful because you can make these in bulk and freeze for a couple of months at a time. And you'll always have a yummy breakfast sandwich waiting for those days that you are in a hurry or don't feel like making something.

Yes! Breakfast sandwiches are my jam. I tend to eat in the car on my way to work so portable breakfast solutions that are beyond shakes make my morning.

2023-01-21 13:07:03 +0000 UTCWhen I prep breakfast sandwiches, I always cook/toast everything ahead of time then wrap the individual sandwiches in wax or parchment paper and aluminum foil. This way we can just grab a sandwich (or burrito), microwave, and go.
