Another bento box idea for you quick lunch lovers :)
I know that the Greek cream cheese usually confuses people because it's a fairly new product and not available everywhere! If you can't find it, the reduced fat cream cheese is a suitable substitute. It's only 10 calories more per tablespoon.
I hope these bento box ideas continue to be hopeful to everybody!

I found it at Walmart or you can order it online. It's peanut butter powder, lower calories. Looks like he added water to make a spread.

2022-07-12 11:13:01 +0000 UTCI think I got mine at Walmart. If you're using it for just bento boxes (no reheating) they don't need to be expensive. As long as they seal tight you should be fine. One with a couple different compartments would be ideal.

If you're wanting to do different fruits, you can use a tracking app like MyFitnessPal. It should have pretty much anything you're looking for. The USDA website also lists calories and macros for different foods.
