Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

I use one scoop because that's what it calls for. If you have a powder that calls for two, chances are you'll be using a lot more than me. You could always go by the weight of the scoop compared to mine. I use Legion and it's usually around 27-30g.

Do you use one scoop of protein powder because that's what your serving size calls for or bc that's all it should be? My protein powder calls for 2 scoops/serving size and my oats end up a congealed blob

I haven't made them that far out, but if you just place them on top and refrigerate appropriately, I'd imagine they would be okay. Alternatively, you could also just add the strawberries the day of.

How do the strawberries hold up in here if you make 4-5 of these at a time?

I thought so but wasn’t sure if I would need to substitute something else.

I would think just omitting the protein powder would work just fine

My five year old really wants to eat what I’m eating, she definitely has FOMO especially when she sees pudding mix going in. What could I change out for the protein powder? More so because I don’t want to waste it, sounds terrible, I know, but it’s expensive.

You can put them in any sealable container really.

I’ve never made any of these. What size canning jars would I use? 16oz maybe? I’m terrible with sizing.

Yes you can. But some have stated that the steel cut take a little longer to absorb the moisture. Some prefer the consistency. So just give it a try and see how it works. If you are heating them up the next day, it shouldn't matter much.

I used a strawberry protien powder and it was amazing!!

I just had to order the cheesecake pudding from Amazon because none of the stores in my area kept it in stock!!!

Pretty much any vanilla flavor. Walmart sells some cheaper brands.

You would use ABOUT the same amount of liquid unless you want the consistency thinner.

What if you have premade protein shakes? Does the amount of liquid change since you’re omitting the protein powder?

I searched high and low for that cheesecake pudding mix and FINALLY found it!!

This is delish with blueberries too! I also use the sugar free puddin.

What other protein powder can I substitute that more readily available?
