Crockpot Olive Garden Pasta

If you guys trust me at all......trust me when I say that you HAVE to try this recipe. It's hands down one of my new favorite pasta meals.

As always, any meal that doesn't have a lot of vegetables, feel free to add a side of your favorite veggie for fiber and micronutrients.

For those of you meal prepping in a house full of people, be careful with this one. Sneaky fingers will surely try to come and get a taste!

Cooked this in the pressure cooker. i could have eaten the whole pan. Next time I will substitute the pasta for roasted cauliflower w/ nutritional yeast, and I will eat the whole pan if I want 😁

Made this this afternoon and it came out great! I had to substitute the Olive Garden dressing for regular Italian. Only thing was that my cream cheese doesn’t mix in very well, am I not letting it cook low and slow long enough? Anyone else had this issue?

I have huge time constraints and I know no recipe is always oerfect so here is how I adapted. I did this overnight.. I had just over 1 lb of chix breast thawed. So I cut the amount of dressing. The store didnt have light so I grabbed the regular. I used the same amount of herbs. Hannaford didn't have the greek cream cheese so I tried it with Philadelphia 1/3 less fat (compensates for some of the extra fat in the dressing). Cooked low for 2 hrs, turned to warm and 6 hrs later I got up, cranked the heat... it was too thick. I added a little more dressing and about 1/4 cup fairlife milk. I used half the pasta. Same amount of spinach. Still came out great. I know my macros are off but right now I am trying to get filling foods on a smaller portion so I don't constantly eat fruits and veggies all day then binge at night cuz I am so hungry. A salad with a smaller serving of this for lunch should do the trick.

This is a great meal. The macros and calories are a little high for my husband and I (we’re small people). So I divided into 8 and the adjusted calories and portion size were perfect. More bang for our buck too! We ate 4 and froze 4.

I think this is the one I'm trying next! I might shred the chicken instead of cubing it though!

I added artichoke hearts and tomatoes (neither were soaked in oil), delicious!

It’s delicious, I think next time I’ll add just a few chopped sun dried tomatoes, not the kind packed in oil.

Has anyone made this with frozen chicken? Trying to figure out if that will make it too watery.

You can make Greek. Ream cheese from scratch at home! You just need some plain Greek yogurt, some cheese cloth and a little patience 😋
