When I cook chicken breast in the oven, almost regardless of how I cook it, I end up with at least an inch of liquid in the bottom of the pan - how do you avoid that

I cheated and used salt and peppered steamable brussel sprouts to reduce prep time since our schedules were a bit tight, but the green beans in the breading mixture was HEAVENLY! I loved the chicken as well. Wished I would have air fried the chicken on day 2 to crisp up the breading a bit, but was still flavorful day two. My super picky 5 yr old even liked the chicken! Fed 3 adults and 2 children night one, and 2 adults another evening for dinner!

2022-04-04 03:07:05 +0000 UTCFollowing up on the veggie substitute questions… would you just swap out 1 for 1 as far as weight goes? So instead of 2lbs Brussels sprouts just go for an even 2lbs on zucchini or other veggie?
