SO many people have asked for a recipe that incorporates the blended cottage cheese hack. So here we are. This one turned out amazing and was actually a big hit in my house. Even the kids liked it!
I served this over rice, but it can easily go with pasta, or even over a bed of your favorite veggies.

I was a little worried my cottage cheese didn't blend as well as I thought it should have, but once it cooked down it was perfect. I used 2% cottage cheese so my fat macros were a tad lower (came in around 9g instead of 11g).

I thought it was going to be a bust because of not having a food processer and not a very good blender. I also couldn't find the wing mix so I made my own. Anyhow it was amazing. I used a buffalo seasoning packet and mixed in parm cheese and garlic. I mean it really was awesome!

It is an amazing dish, and you can modify it so easily with different seasonings, added veggies, and protein! This would be F***ing amazing with blacked shrimp, steak, and any fish! I will continue to use this cottage cheese masterpiece for years!!!!!
