If you love salmon, this is a must try. Super quick and pairs well with pretty much anything. Eat them separately or break it up into your rice and eat it like a sushi bowl. There's really no wrong way to enjoy this dish!

If you add a pinch of sugar to other types of vinegar like apple cider vinegar, sherry vinegar, or white wine vinegar to easily replace rice vinegar. I know they sound the same, but you should not use rice vinegar for rice wine, or vice versa. Zach, if that is wrong - please delete
