What if I use full eggs? How will it affect the macros? I have tons of eggs and would like to incorporate them instead of buying egg whites. Should I just remove the yolk?

I made this as a regular sized muffin and weighed it. Then made them as mini muffins and packaged the bite sized with the same weight so that I could pop them in while having to do so many things in the morning.

any other cheese options? not a feta fan

Are these made with regular sized cup cake pans or are they the mini pans?

Love these but when I add to MyFitnessPal my calories and macros are different. I have double checked all ingredients and totals

Love making egg muffins! I use fresh ingredients from my garden through the summer - tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, etc. you can add just about anything to these.

There are a few brands. Goya and Badia both have one, and maybe some others. But yes its the Adobo All Purpose seasoning 👍 There are no dumb questions here ☺️
