2025-09-11 16:46:09 +0000 UTCThe reason she presses under her ear when she sings is because she developed a condition in her ear around 2021 called Patulous Eustachian Tube Dysfunction which causes a discomfort when she sings. She talks about it in her documentary Pieces: Winter of a 29-Year-Old.
