I previously commented about why, from a technical perspective, Arritetty’s performance was not done well (as someone who was trained in Ballet Folklorico aka Mexican folk dancing). But now that I watched that lipsync, I just realized that Arrietty, quite frankly, is not skilled at dancing period. The dancing is straight up off beat. And Arrietty’s dancing was also not good for the “B*tch I’m a Drag Queen” challenge either. So that makes it absolutely WILD that Arrietty would chose to DANCE at the talent show. And I’m already predicting this is going to happen again the next time Arrietty has to lipsync and/or do a Rusical/dance challenge.
