2024-10-15 19:58:27 +0000 UTCNot Bob confidently saying “everyone says New York, New York!” I love this podcast 😂 I’m from Florida, born and raised, I’ve never heard anyone refer to it as the state “New York” unless they’re referring to upstate.. but even then it’s just “Buffalo” or “Albany” or simply just “Upstate”. Nevertheless, that little debate was hilarious 😂!

2024-10-15 12:39:27 +0000 UTCI’m from Philly, now live in London and never heard someone say “New York, New York” lol. I think common knowledge is to say the full city and state if it’s a lesser known place like “Abington, Pennsylvania” or a smaller place than the more famous city “Paris, Texas”
