Added 2025-09-12 07:50:38 +0000 UTCI actually increased the waist measurement by 14 cm because that is the waist measurement at the location where I want the waistband to sit, which is 4 cm below the narrowest level. Now the waistband is too loose. Probably 5 to 7 cm waist ease is suffice, or none at all if you want to waistband to sit high up.
