Do you have your notification settings set up for this? If you tap the little profile icon in the lower right corner of the patreon feed, then go to "settings" and then "notification settings," you can change notifications for everyone you're a patron of. There are general settings at the top, but you also need to tap on the sibling rivalry icon in this area to make sure you've got "push notifications" turned on for this patreon.
