Types of nsfw content that might get fully banned someday (controversial observation on porn insdustry)

We all see the tendency that old folks try to rule the internet and essentially dream of reversing it back to television, where only government has control of what you see, and when you order tv cable at home you do so with your id...

I have read tons of terms of services of different sites, I hear local chatter in my country's corridors of administrations. Widespread "Department of internet vice" is not a question of IF, it's WHEN. German police already has it as it is leading country striking videos on Pornhub... But it's just the beginnings i guess.

This is all imho, mixed with my experience in industry

It's not hard to imagine what those grumpy ED folks are thinking about banning. Here is my list (not in order). Was written by me for me in january 2025

=== 21+ - All actresses will be obliged to be 21+, so many countries have alcohol only for those above 21. Reason - parts of brain are not fully developed when teens are 18. Therefore 18 y. o. models are not fully developed adults not fully understanding what they do.

=== Furry - There is a million ways to cheat the system right now, body paint, hoof boots, fur strips on back. But they are determined, they might make an umbrella term like "depicting substitute zo*******" and ban all at once. Fun fact: Fansly recently banned all furry creators.

=== R34 copyrights - All nsfw animators take models from same site - shit ton of Disney and Nintendo related models are deleted there. There is also ongoing battle between ghibli and open AI, In a nutshell - you can't use ghibli style to make profit. Basically if you make R34 you already violated copyrights, and possibly done damage to the image of rights holder. What will be the spark which will light all of this on fire? The only way to cheat is dress your OC's in cosplay clothes...

=== Human on human only - No slimes, no tentacles, no spiritual stuff, no semi-alive onaholes, no fawns, no centaurs, no magic, no flour no sugar no gluten no egg no carb...

=== Pregnant - I'm surprised they still do allow. Feels like old folks themselfs cannot imagine that such stuff exists and that's why it is under their radar.

=== Public sex irl - obviously it has immense degradatory effect on society... Fun fact: Fansly banned all public porn recently.

=== Verbal abuse - Obviously it's degrading society's morale too.

=== Cuckolding - Not sure about this one but it damages the institute of marriage and whatever, so better ban then sorry...

=== Unreal sizes and potentially dangerous insertions, foods - Will require a license of specially trained and stretched professional to perform in this film. And likely an approval of food and sanitary control...

=== BDSM - Already, models now are required to have their mouth unblocked to be able to say when to stop, some sites even prohibit blocking hands.

=== Siblings - Already, even calling boyfriend daddy on camera will get your accounts 360 one shotted.
