MWW: Supporting the Special Operations Association
Added 2024-07-12 17:43:05 +0000 UTCIn November 2023 Team Savage attended Modern Warfare Week at Fort Bragg, NC. We went to support the Special Operations Association and the SOA Foundation, which was there to attract younger soldiers to join up with their MACV SOG brothers.
Several members of the RT Columbia gaming (and testing) group helped staff the stand, with MG (Ret.) Ken Bowra, MOH daughter Danielle, SOG Hatchet Force medic MAJ (Ret.) Doc Padgett and SOA vice-president CSM Josh King. Savage created a special movie for the stand, using the SOG Prairie Fire game, which attracted a lot of soldiers.
