The weekend is basically here, and with it your first look at this weekend's Dose! Just before we get to that though, a quick note that I am planning to do live play-by-play for the Logan Paul vs Floyd Mayweather fight on Twitch this Sunday (http://twitch.tv/DoseofBuckley). The show starts at 8pm ET, and I think there's talk that Logan vs Floyd might happen around Midnight. Pretty dumb time for an event if you ask me (some people gotta work in the morning!), but I guess if you live on the West Coast it's only 9pm. Anyway, on with this week's video, which to me has the feel of the type of video I would have done about 5 years ago.
What happens when Celebrities get lonely and need to find someone to spend time with? Well, like many of us, they turn to online dating! But as you might expect, Celebrities don't want to mix with the regular folk, they have their own special exclusive dating service. Buckley looks at a site called "Raya", and some recent incidents where girls have posted their interactions with famous dudes including Ben Affleck and Matthew Perry. Plus, a little rant toward the end about age gaps.

I was 20-21 and I found one 15yo girl cute (15yo are legal in my country). We ended up dating when I was 23 and she was 16 or 17. So like is that fucked up for something early 20s dude would do or it starts being creepy when it's late 20s dude doing that. I like dating younger women, makes me feel younger and more manly. I also like dating older women, because they have their shit settled and know what they want, sadly the second group usually doesn't find me attractive since from my experience most women want an older or more mature man than they are.

2021-06-05 01:08:21 +0000 UTCObviously, everyone's into whatever they're into, but I think there are pros no matter what: - Older men may like dating younger women because, yes, they may be more traditionally attractive, and as I said in the video there's something primal there, but also they may just be into modern pop culture stuff or whatever and feel older women can't relate. - Younger women like older men for the financial stability, potential maturity (maybe they dated younger guys who just want to sit and play video games all day), that sort of thing. - Younger guys might like older women for similar reasons as younger women like older men (a woman who's financially stable in her career, who may appreciate more than just "OMG have you heard this new Olivia Rodrigo song?" or "have you seen this TikTok? It's HILARIOUS!") - Older women may like a younger man for also similar reasons as older men like younger women, especially if you're motivated to keep in shape and "feel" young, having an athletic young dude you can go to the gym with or do activities with, they may find that better than dating some old dude who's like "eh I used to work out now I'm old let me just watch the game". The age gap the other way (older woman, younger guy) is fairly rare but there have been some higher profile versions of it, notably Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher who were 15 years apart... a quick search also showed Jason Momoa is quite a bit younger than his wife (12 year difference, though they would have met in his late 30s I guess), or Nick Jonas who was 25 when he married 35 year old Pryanka Chopra.

(Correct me if I'm wrong.) I mean dating someone older because they're stable in their career would objectively be beneficial both ways right? (I honestly don't get it either way. I get wanting to fuck something young and pretty no matter which way around with the genders. But having a healthy relationship with someone so much younger or older, I can't imagine that being easy.)

2021-06-04 22:02:06 +0000 UTCI think... yes, being creepy is being creepy no matter what their age is, and I think that if someone is just interested in a girl for their age specifically, like that's some sort of trophy to them specifically... but there are tons of reasons why an older man might be interested in dating younger women AND why younger women might be interested in dating older men. Younger girls often date older men because they're stable in their career, and some older dudes who haven't let themselves get "old" or "irrelevant" who keep up to date with modern trends and tech may have found dating women their own age frustrating if they haven't. And sometimes age is really just a mindset. But yes, if someone's just like "man I like 'em young if ya know what I mean!?" sure, that's creepy.

But these girls put themselves out there in every way, flaunting their beauty for likes and recognition, and yet any advance from someone not their own age is considered creepy? Such stuck up behavior. Great vid buck!
