Bonus #63 - Patreon Goes Postal #8

VIDEO LINK: https://youtu.be/eJkKV7TBoK0

It's another pretty long edition of Patreon Goes Postal, so let's just get right to it! The video description and the questions I answered are below:

Buckley opens up the mailbag again to answer some questions from Patreon subscribers!
- Where did the inspiration for the medical theme come from?
- What is something that bothers you that you've never done a video about?
- How do you feel about EDM?
- Thoughts on people in MLMs?
- If you could pick a time frame to live in, when would it be?
- Favorite comedic actors?
- What's your most controversial video?
- Is anything sacred in comedy?

I know you were just answering a hypocritical question Buckley, but if Cryonics and seeing the future really interests you, it’s a real thing that you can do and afford. Alcor and Cryonics Institute both offer cryopreservation which can be funded with low monthly life insurance rates. If you check it out I’ll buy you a drink in 2400!

I just wanted to say you can have a legitimate business where you reward your employees for finding new people, as long as that's not the primary source of income. The defining characteristic of a pyramid scheme is that the only money coming in is from new people signing up, which is obviously unsustainable. The thing about multilevel marketing schemes as I understand it, is that people have to buy into it. They buy their inventory and/or pay a fee to be allowed to start. So that's the pyramid part of it. But if that's then only a small percentage of the total money involved and they just end up selling a ton of shit, it's not nearly as problematic as a pyramid scheme, I think.

I enjoyed your answer specifically to #2, regarding men dating younger women. Im 20 and my bf is 31 and we get so much hate for it. We have a house and a child, and are very happy but someone people still want to pull negativity from it.

I don't think we have Primerica here, but yeah I would imagine a lot of them are like that.

Because most people were. I think people don't really get that, although yes the wealth gap now does seem like it's worse than it's ever been... there was no real "middle class" back then. You were the King, which there was one of, or you were not the king, which there were thousands of, and those who were not the King served the King and his agenda. So, I guess unless my viewers did a 23 and Me test and found out they are actually of some nobility, the chances are pretty high they, and I, for that matter, would be pretty damn poor.

Why do you always assume the person watching your video would have been a peasant back in the 16th century? XD

For the insurance "Management" thing, it sounds like your describing Primerica. I had a very similiar experince 15 years ago when I was a fairly newbie tech support guy, and got pulled in to one. Same setup MLMyness, Didn't really understand what an MLM was at a time but my reaction was "Why would they want me for a job like this, did they even read my resume?" No, no they did not.
