Added 2021-01-10 19:34:18 +0000 UTCHello everyone! It's been a while since I've done either a Patreon goes Postal or Advice Patreon Asked For, so it's time once again to farm for questions! Some feedback I received regarding Patreon Goes Postal has been that it's too "unrehearsed", that it feels like I don't really put any effort into it in comparison to my actual scripted rants, so going forward I'm hoping to change that. The format (me in front of a wall without a script) will still be the same, but I plan to prep for it a little better so it doesn't seem like I'm rambling as much.
For those who are new to my Patreon, first off, thanks for signing up, second, here's how you can submit questions:
- For Patreon Goes Postal, please just post them right here, in the comments on Patreon. If you'd prefer you can also private message them to me. If you've submitted a question in the past and it didn't get answered, feel free to try again, but know that there may be a reason I never answered it before. If you've submitted one before and I DID answer it, great, feel free to send another!
- For Advice Patreon Asked For, please private message me here on Patreon. This is to keep you anonymous (I don't say your name, I give you a fake name/location, or if you have your own, like "Lethargic in Lethbridge" or "Disappointed in Detroit", feel free to sign it that way too). Please send me YOUR questions, don't just find something on Reddit, and make sure they're fairly lighthearted (I don't want to ruin your life, it's all just for fun).

Back in 2013, I remember discovering your Youtube channel from reading a random comment that trashed your Worst Songs lists. I was curious, sought after your channel, and I've been laughing every since. The Tweeting Rainbow and Jason's J'opinion series were some of my favorites. When you decided to make a Patreon, I was and still am more than happy to pay. I know that from a lot of your earlier videos, we shouldn't place entertainment as more important than it actually is, but your videos have made me smile in some of my darkest times. Thank you. Now for my question. What personal advice, techniques, habits, and/or basics would you stress to someone attempting voiceover work? I start learning next week from an active actor who has been in movies and TV series. I realize I can just wait until I start, so it's okay to look over this question. Thanks for your time!

I know of at least three including myself and my friend and I got a good chuckle out of it when we watch the video. I apologize for any grammar or other mistakes I use speech to text and I am having a hard time reviewing my com ent.

I haven't played that in YEARS and used to be a huge player and even moonlighted as a tournament judge at times when the regular judges weren't available. Oops, posted before the question, haha! What were your favorite clix to use? Any meta teams you enjoyed like xmen or brotherhood? I used to make mixed teams of marvel and DC and it was really fun to have like batman and spiderman on the same team. The inner nerd in me is really curious how you played the game. Do you think that these new sites and services (iTunes, SoundCloud, BandCamp, etc) have had a positive impact on small, home grown groups, or is the marking and royalties structure still too convoluted and meagre to put much pressure on record companies? Conversely (or additionally), do you think new technology has made start-up radio more viable, or are the operating costs still too high for small fish to make it without considerable ad space? In short, do you see a good path forward for independent and/or radio-unfriendly music?
