Bout a king who gets mistaken for a princess by this wandering wizard.
The wizard thinks the kingdom is without a king so he wants to help and make the “princess” ideal to bear children for the next generation.
The spell basically works in a way that would turn her into a bimbo that wants to be bred until she gets pregnant. Then she’d go back to normal. But the wizard mistakens the king for the princess and does it on him. But because he’s a dude, he can’t get pregnant so the spell never wears off and gets progressively worse because the spell isn’t supposed to last that long so it makes him even more bimbo with nothing but being bred on the mind
