COMM Wip: Welcome to the Weary Traveler!

I've shied away from posting commissions on my Patreon since I wanted it to be mainly focused on my own personal projects, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to show off what I'm currently workin' on as freebies! :>

This is a large illustration commission I'm working on for the wonderful WitchWay, who was kind enough to ask me to add my own OCs into the illustration as cameos! You may spot a big ol Dragonborn and his lil daughter dining amongst the happy customers of the joint. :>

As far as illustrations go, one of the bigger challenges with multiple characters for me is fitting everyone in the frame of the composition without it getting too busy or too cramped. I like trying to make the eye flit all over the image while having a focal point to return to so you don't get lost.

The composition itself is relatively simplistic in how I designed the shot, but it'll probably be one of my more ambitious commissioned works to date due to the level of detail I plan on implementing. Pretty excited to move forward with it! ^.^
