models may be used however the user wishes, in any software for any use that doesn't violate any of the restricted uses.
models both free and restricted may not be used in the following ways
Used in ANY NSFW context within a platform's TOS.
have authorship claimed for the basemodel.
be used in any other creation that is sold. (except renders and screenshots)
used to cause phycological harm, physical harm, personal property damage, or unconsented function.
models that are restricted may not be used in the following ways.
be distributed to other users for any reason without prior approval (yes, even if the other user is registered and valid, transferring the models is still not allowed).
be used in unsupported titles.
be used by un-authorized accounts.
no user shall ever with the assets we distribute.
circumvent any anti-piracy systems we use.
share any information contained within restricted channels may not be shared outside of the respective channels.
[platform specific ruleset]
NSFW can only be used in any NEOS instance not set to both Private AND Unlisted.
NSFW can only be used in CVR with proper +18 tags
NSFW can NEVER be used in VRChat for any reason. (non-negotiable)
[authorization requirements]
you must have at least one NEOS userID, CVR userID, or VRC userID registered. you may have a maximum registered per discord-patreon pair.
CVR userID registration is optional.
The game accounts in question must not be using an asset that is newer than the discord-patreon pair's highest expiry date.

Users MAY be subject to a ban if restricted models are erroneously taken from them without consent, depending on the severity of the situation (decision is left with the mods team and/or head of DRAServer). failing to use NSFW content properly may be waved if the usage is considered "understandable", and by waved I mean I usually will let this slide. restricted models can only be used in titles that they were specifically made for. (which typically includes, blender, CVR, and NEOSVR). if user wishes to port it to a new title the MUST get it approved by the DRAServer lead.
