Thanks to everyone who submitted requests. It was an impressive turnout of creative ideas. I wish I could make them all, but I have to limit myself to 6. The winning 6 requests will come out across February and March. 

1) A girl with heads for hands. Three girls take pleasure by taking the place of her friend's hands just their heads or taking place of her arms and keep their torsos.

2)  Overwatch: Mei and DVa - futas conjoined at the balls. A squeal to Tracer and Widowmaker's testicle-conjoinment. This time it's Mei and DVa ball-joined due to being exposed to Widowmaker and Tracer's cum. 

3) Life is Strange: Chloe and Victoria - two heads on one body. Within a dream world these two girls share one body. They feel a strong attraction to each other and give in to the desire to make out.

4) Avatar: Korra and Azula - jumbled fusion. A forbidden form of bending mixes their bodies together to fuse them into one woman but something goes terribly wrong. They become a puzzle of mismatched body parts, extra eyes, deformed breast, and extra legs.

5) Overwatch: Conjoined predator - a prequel. The origin of the creature knows as the  Conjoined Predator. It started with DVa conjoining to Pharah. DVa "rides" Pharah and turns the woman's body into a large mech. The hunt begins!

6) Darkstalkers: Morrigan and Felicia - half & half. The two fearsome monster girls were banished to a dark dimension only to reemerge as a more powerful combined warrior, half Morrigan and half Felicia. They defeated those who dared imprisoned them and began a new rain of terror and sexual conquest. Their first target is you.

7) Life is Strange: Chloe and Max - queen conjoinment. The two friends become closer than either of them had ever expected.

8) Sonic: Honey and Vanilla - two heads on one body. Honey the Cat and Vanilla the Rabbit show of their new sexy body by cosplaying as Rouge the Bat.

9) Lilo & Stitch: Nani and the life guard - cockjoined. The two girls get in a argument in public shower. They stop fighting when they hear girls coming round the corner. They try to pull away from each other in a panic, but look down at their joined shafts like "oh shit!"

10) Nier: Automata: 2B, 9S, and A2 - Asura type conjoinment. 2B, 9S, and A2 needing to 'share' as their bodies as they are breaking down after decades of fighting and there's no way to replace their damaged parts with the same quality as they were before.

11) Soul Calibur: Taki and Ivy - multiple body parts. A multi-headed/multibreasted/multi-armed spider-like Taki pins down Ivy, with one hand melded into Ivy's chest.  Ivy begins to change. She grows multiple arms and heads and breasts and much more.

12) Multiverse warrior - Massconjoinment A Cloud of Darkness kidnaps a bunch of women from across the multiverse to create the ultimate warrior.  These were the women Cloud of Darkness kidnapped and merged together:
Ivy Valentine (Soul Calibur) - Fighter
Lara Croft (Tomb Raider) - Treasure Hunter
Liara T'Soni (Mass Effect) - Scientist
Sheva Alomar (Resident Evil 6) - Weapon Expert
Yuna (FF-10) - Summoner
Elizabeth (Bioshock) - Reality warping powers
Plus the possibly of adding Poison (Street Fighter) to the mix for a futa option.
