I’ve been working on becoming more productive, and part of that is realizing I don’t have to do everything myself. I’ve been doing my best to break out of the solo dev curse by expanding the team and hiring more talented people using the funds you’ve helped provide.
New Concept Horror Lead Artist – Bringing fresh ideas, atmosphere, and style to the project’s Entity's.
New Animator for the Player – Focused on improving player movement and animation quality (more updates coming soon).
New Map Building Support – Helping bring environments to life faster and with more polish.
3D Modeler – Handles creating all the entity models.
3 Composers – Creating unique, immersive music for different parts of the game.
Main Coder – Focused on building and refining the player systems.
Rigger – Rigging all entities for animation.
Entity Team (3–4 People) – Dedicated to brainstorming and refining monster and entity ideas.
Me – Overseeing the entire project, story, and lore, plus handling realism, lighting, textures, optimization, and creative direction.
Animator for Entities – To bring our creatures to life.
AI/Entity Coder – To work strictly on AI behavior and state systems for our monsters.
