An Essential Guide To Mixing
Added 2024-06-18 17:35:13 +0000 UTCSooner or later guitarists want to experiment with recording their playing, whether it's for writing songs, keeping track of progress or simply just for fun! Knowing your way around a DAW is an essential skill for musicians these days and I want to arm you guys with that knowledge.
We've already covered the fundamentals of home recording in a previous lesson, as well as an intro to programming MIDI drums, so now let's take it a step further and get your mixes sounding super clean and professional (it's much easier than you think!).
I've provided all of the raw project files from the video as attachments so you can follow along. Please feel free to share your mixes in the Discord server - I'd love to hear!
Good luck and don't forget to share your progress with everyone in the Discord server!
