I believe this is the very first two-part episode that we have gotten in Avatar, and HOLY SHIT! It honestly felt like a miniature movie!
Entering the spirit realm was a mild twist that I really didn't expect this show to take, but I'm really not mad at it at all! I think they executed it really well. What this episode showed me was that this show will cover A TON of different themes, and I'm stoked to see them all!
This episode also proved that the execution of this show is off the charts!

I am not saying that I did not enjoy it but these things really made no sense. Also sokka wasn’t in the spirit world here. He just vanished and came back and didn’t know what happened.

2024-11-28 23:26:49 +0000 UTCThe blue arrow is a sign he's a master Airbender. Nothing related to being Avatar. People know he's the Avatar because he's the only Airbender left. They said, in the Avatar cycle (water, earth, fire, air), the last avatar was fire, so the next one has to be air. So to stop him the fire nation killed all the Airbenders but Aang got away.
