Something kind of funny about this episode is the narrator says that Rush Clovis was elected to be chairman of the Galactic Banking Clan. The organization is called the Intergalactic Banking Clan.
Ha!!!! I think I can call myself a Clone Wars nerd now. :)

If anything I think Alex is a good guy that wants good things to happen to the characters he cares about, the fact Sidious erks him so much means Sidious is doing his job beautifully. You’re definitely not meant to be rooting for Sidious lol

Actually, a lot of people think Rex was in episode 6 return of the Jedi.. which is crazy, look it up. but it’s not really confirmed nor denied.

The Jedi have a great fear of the Dark Side. Specifically, of falling. And because it is simply easier to avoid attachments to begin with than it is to teach their students how to handle loss in a healthy way, you end up with a man that is constantly losing people (his mother, Ahsoka, Padme) who hasn’t been taught how to handle grief.

Clovis was completely played by dooku and there was no chance of him for escape after taking the deal. Of course he shouldnt take the offer from dooku and thus the easy way to his goal but that doesnt mean hes a bad person imo.
