On Fraud, among other things (Update)

I know we hit the milestone about a week ago, but a portion (usually around 10-20% of pledges) attributed to fraudulent users, likely bots that grab content. The rest that you don't see in the total value are dine & dashers and fees.
We are still close though, and when we do legitimately reach that goal I'll be doing a 'picture of the month' kind of thing for Bronze and above, and the a monthly giveaway for one user - something to look forward to I hope.
1) And the winner is.... STRAWBERRY SUNRISE! Ponyville grudge match it shall be.

2017-12-02 21:08:52 +0000 UTCNo worries, just keep in mind pledges only go through after the first day (or beyond) of the month. Fraud-wise, it's mostly geared towards the bots, Patreon detects them automatically when they attempt to charge at the beginning of the month. You're golden!

2017-12-02 16:13:03 +0000 UTCI'm always worried about canceling my pledge too soon to some people and think that I was fraud but that problem is mostly fixed if that person gets your pledge instantly instead of start of the next month and I don't think anyone believes that I might be fraud if they only see my name once but still -.-' I'm sorry...

I have mine set up for end of month only (pledge in October, but pay on 1st November basically) Paying on-the-spot is an option, but I'm happy with the current set-up, it gives people a chance to see if they want to stay on after a preview. (minus those who do it every single month haha...it does happen, unfortunately)
