I Smite Thee! (Final Legendary Figures WIP)

To round out this month, we have the Emperor bringing His wrath to Slaanesh! Fear the Anathema, Slaves of Darkness, for the time of reckoning is close at hand!
Seriously though, like most 40K fans, I've often wondered what would happen if Big E finally got off the Golden Throne and cleaned up shop. I mean, just really go to town on the enemies of the Imperium, be it Xenos, Chaos or the idiots who messed everything up. But just to be clear, I do not actually want this happening in the setting. Every fan knows the best part of 40K is that things are unbelievably shit for everyone (except for the Orks, it's paradise for them). Still, I'd find it hilarious if GW somehow got high enough and decided to make a 40K expansion setting, something along the lines of 'Age of the Emperor: Chaos f**ked up'.
But that got me thinking. A god tier character needs god tier opponents to make things interesting. So who wants to see more Big E dioramas in the future where He takes on the mightiest characters in the setting? I'm thinking 'Big E throws down against Khorne'. If there's enough interest, I might actually make that a new patreon goal.
Anyways, got a few more items to round out this month project. Gave Big E a nice little platform to lead His armies. Field Him on any tournament and just win. What are the officials going to do, say no to the Emperor? ๐
There was also a request to make a helmet for Big E. I experimented for a bit but couldn't decide if the Emperor would wear something styled like a Space Marine or His Custodes buddies. So I included both!
So here's the final breakdown for this month, all of which will be available beginning July:
Tier 3:
- Emperor of Mankind (a.k.a Ruler) Three Single Versions
- Ruler Parts Three Versions
- Ruler Terrain
- Ruler Helmet (Two Versions)
- Keeper of Secrets (a.k.a Desire Demon) Three Single Versions
- Desire Demon Parts for Version One and Version Two
- Desire Demon Terrain
Tier 2:
- Desire Demon Version One Single
- Desire Demon Terrain
- Ruler Helmet (Two Versions)
So the Keeper of Secrets items will be in sync and in the MMF rewards. Despite all my precautions, I'm still reluctant to make Big E public or add him to MMF in case it gets flagged. So to start off, I'll add the Emperor designs to a separate mega.nz link in July. If things look okay as the month progresses, I'll include the Emperor in the MMF reward link as well.
So that's it for this month's Grimdark project! I really enjoyed designing Big E and the Keeper of Secrets. I'll make the usual public post for the Desire Demon beginning July. For the 40K fans, please let your buddies know what's coming!

2021-11-16 16:35:00 +0000 UTCI subbed after coming across your Big E on Etsy and Ebay. An absolutely amazing sculpt. The best version of him I have seen thus far! A small suggestion.. I noticed that the eagle head pommel on the sword is facing inward. It'll probably look better if the beak faces outward instead, and it would be consistent with most artwork of him holding the sword. Just a minor detail. Keep up the amazing work!

The normal wall/floor was originally designed to just fit the single version. I included the larger version to give more space based on another request.

2021-07-06 23:33:28 +0000 UTCThis is an amazing model, the detail on the armor, the eagles, just incredible. FYI the scaling seems to be off. I printed the single at 200%, which should be 100mm scaling. I printed the larger sized walls/floor, which I assumed would be 100mm also as the non single version is set at. But the floors/walls were smaller than the single. I'd estimate the floors/wall are closer to 75mm scale, not 100mm scale.

I am thoroughly impressed with the entirety of this model. It really is beautifully done. Thank you and please, please do the diorama with Big E vs Khorne. That would demand the very center of any display case!
