I dunno man. Didn't Disney toss all of the Star Wars canon into the trash and change a bunch of stuff? Fans of the original series are in a weird position where we prefer the old Star Wars. I don't think its right to change decades worth of cinema unless you're doing a reboot.

I didn't know Rana wears glasses

We have now come to the episode that definitively states Stormtroopers are not Clones. There should be no confusion about this in the future lol

#SundayRundown Throughout the series so far, you can see subtle hints that Echo was going to leave with Rex (I wouldn’t say he left the bad batch, more so relocated to better serve the clones and be back with Rex). Echo’s own experience on Skako Minor is what already motivates him to leave, as well as him being the one to convince the bad batch to save Gregor, the conversation him and Hunter have the first episode of season 2 where he said they should be doing more but Omega misunderstood that she thought they’re miserable because of her, and then in this episode alone where Echo told Omega why he joined the bad batch and when he was talking with Rex earlier this episode. I love this episode so because it finally starts to highlight Echo and his motivations and that he realizes he needs to be away from his squad for a bit to reunite with his Captain.

#SundayRundown #BadBatch What makes Star Wars incredibly enjoyable is in my opinion Emperor Palpatine and the massive world build around him and the Empire that other series kind of lack. The level of manipulation and back up plans upon back up plans that this man has is insane! If you think about it, the Jedi technically knew about Order 66 and the only reason they didnt worry or pay any attention or heed to it was that there were contingency orders to take out even Palpatine himself! Not to mention the Jedi would have assumed that the Clones wouldnt just blindly follow orders so no one was really concerned about these plans until the full scale of Order 66 came to pass. He also had the brain chips installed, calling it an inhibitor to prevent the clones going rogue or some wild excuse to have them in place. He had Kamino, bombed and then blamed the Clones for blindly following ordeds because he can blame it on chips or fact they are clones and decommission them without having to waste money on like pension or retirement (hence homeless clone in Kenobi), he had Rampart as the fall guy and he also git the bill passed. The level of political Manipulation is unparallel to anyone in the franchise hence why I think he is one of the best elements of the series.

#SundayRundown Bad Batch Reactor ItsAPrimate has the perfect words to sum up an episode like this: Palpatine, you bitch! Gonks are power droids. Basically walking generators/chargers Bertoni was in a handful of Clone Wars, most prominently the murder mystery episode as a suspect

#SundayRundown Bad Batch is showing how you can inject politics into a Star Wars show in a compelling manner. This small arc does not shy from a real topic nor dumb down ideas “for kids.” Instead it uses the clones, who we all empathize with to give real stakes in the “voting.” Also applaud the show for benching the Bad Batch when they need to take time to establishe other parts of the story first.

#SundayRundown. A question for you Normies. After you guys get through and finish The Bad Batch, Skeleton Crew, Andor season 2, and Visions, would you guys consider reacting to the 2003 Clone Wars micro series from Genndy Tartakovsky (creator of Samurai Jack). Even though I know it is EU, I still think any Star Wars fan, casual or hardcore, should watch it. If you love Samurai Jack, you would love it. What makes it more convenient for you guys is that the two volumes on Disney Plus are about over an hour each, so kind of like a movie. Also, don't feel intimidated by the Star Wars books and novels, there is a book for everyone (ahem, ahem: original Thrawn Trilogy, X-Wing books, Charles Soule Darth Vader comics). They are worth checking out and some of the best Star Wars storytelling are in those books and comics. Also ask any fan and we will happily answer. Love you guys.

That there was a copy of the command logs in the back up memory is major proof that Rampart was a political operator and not a real naval commander. Those command logs are the starship equivalent to the dashcam on a police car mixed with the black box on an airplane. A real naval commander wouldn't have even had them turned on if they were planning a crime of the scale of bombarding a planet because they would be adding a written report to each log.
