Delay on Public Release of 0.0.17 RC

I got pretty damn sick. So I'm going to delay the public release of 0.0.17. While I could just release the version supporters have had access to for the past 1-2 weeks I want the public release to coincide with the 0.0.17a hotfix/patch.
I'm almost done with that, just need to clean it up and do some more testing.

In other news, I'll be dropping the "weekly" art update later today. (Which you can already see on the discord.) Also, 0.0.18s-1 will release next week.
