nah Jims the only one in the office that isn't a moron and he knows it. dumb people often mistake that for smugness. he's just bored because everyone around him is literally beneath him. it really is that way sometimes.

My only point was if Jim suggested Dwight & Michael follows his suggestion, HE shouldn't be upset with the results. Even better, Jim could've easily told Michael it'd be best if he took care of his own work given the severity of said work.

I loved Jim (like everyone) when the show first aired, but after re-watching the series several times since then I've come to actually actively dislike his character.
