Here we have the brave members of the Van Zandt Hightway Patrol apprehending one rogue Discount Dan....who might have, or might not have, caused a nuclear disaster.
You might ask why does Van Zandt equip their patrol officers with Urbanmechs? Why not something more speedy like a Locust? Well, Van Zandt loves its ballistic weapons and no one is out running an AC10 round. ( Check those craters and laser burn. )
Plus, I don't know where these alleged four doors and weapons are on a Rotunda...
