Her semblance allows her to become invulnerable for 60 seconds, hence the clock on her waist counting the 60 seconds. I should point out that she is not Irish, nor does she have an Irish accent. The accent the voice actor is trying to do is a British/ East end cockney accent

They love reactions, but YouTube has never implemented anything to distinguish those from just content uploads. That's why the correction.process is sending a request to RT.

They then need to become aware of it, then send a request through to Rooster Teeth to then request YouTube to unblock it. It isn't a simple process unfortunately and that takes time for each party involved.
