GUYS! I don't understand. The video is called "Character short" but you didn't watch it? You NEED to watch The World of Remnant Shorts, The Four Maidens short, The Character shorts(just vol 4 for now). Its all part of the show. Please! it shouldve been done befor Vol 4. Le-Siiiigh.

On the animation side, For volumes 1 thru 3 the team used Poser and then PoserPro (for V3) then when they started production for V4 they switched to Autodesk Maya so that's why you see such a drastic change from V3 to V4.

So yeah every new volume they always have the opening at the end of the first episode mostly because oftentimes there are spoilers! Yeah, they used pyrrha's crown on the shield and sword which are still jaune's handme downs just more personalized! Fun fact! Ruby made all of their outfits and if you look you can see details of both Penny and Pyrrha's outfits in Ruby's new look!

Yes, we have to give Rana her flowers. Even if she misses something, she tries her best to note down what she can. You could tell she only heard “the from a friend” part, but she managed to interpret the whole scene correctly.

I love you guys and I watch a lot of your videos, and I see y’all catch and understand most details and nuances in other shows, so it’s truly mind boggling how much seems to get missed or forgotten in RWBY. But still watch the world of remnant videos. Those will pretty much get you up to speed and they’re like 5 min each. You could do a single reaction to all of them at once. Or don’t react to them, but still watch them ASAP. It’ll make these reactions a lot better. Still a big fan of the channel

Heads up too, I've seen this trip up a lot of reactors who for some reason never realize this so here goes: THE TEAMS ARE NOT IN THE SAME TIMELINE. Team RNJR is our present day, Blake's story is the past IMMEDIATELY after Vol 3, & Weiss and Yang are in between. Its not THAT big of a deal, this ain't The Witcher or Pulp Fiction, its not critical to the story. But I have seen people get confused on the logistics of how somethings happen concurrently, namely travel time, and the answer is ...they didn't.

It’s not a huge deal to miss out on the character short for this Volume, but the ones between Volumes 4 and 5 and between 5 and 6 are more important, so do hope people remind you and you all are able to at least get to those when the time comes. Great reaction though as always, Volume 4 is going to be fun!

Yeah first episode always ends with the opening song. They do not typically have a closing song just music with artwork. And they dont want to spoil the start with the opening song, though images used dont usually have much more than loose relation to the season.

Every volume plays the intro at the end of the first chapter. Also, yes Jaune's gear is lined with the metal from Pyrrha's gear. I was so worried that would be missed This right here is my favorite volume, the first taste of reality after they finish the tutorial level.
