So Meliodas couldn't pull off his final attack a couple of episodes ago because of Estrossa and his commandment. Any malice or hatred or negativity will be stopped due to his commandment. So when Meliodas used his revenge counter he was ready to kill all of them. It isn't exactly due to Estrossa being stronger but because his commandment stopped it. So the fight we see with him and escanor next episode will be without the commandment affecting him. Also my guy Mikey was really spot on with those theories he was predicting. Good on him! You are indeed a veteran in anime.

I love the little backstory they do for Elizabeth and Meliodas, it gives us an idea of everything they went through. That ending with Escanor coming up to Estarossa gives me chills every SINGLE time.!!! I think in Japanese sounds cooler.!!!

ngl this back story was one of the weirder ones for me too when I first watched it, but once you have the full story you'll understand why he is the way he is with her. It makes romeo & juliet look like a comedy by comparison lol

Personally I thought 7DS was becoming trash before s3 came out. I read the manga..and it just seemed like they started adding a bunch of random shit as it went. The story got so WTF is happening after a while and not in a good way
