Future plans.
Added 2015-11-16 19:24:06 +0000 UTCI'll tell you guys my short term plans, the ideas I have for the next demo and how the general gameplay is gonna be like.
You are more than welcome to give feedback and ideas.
First on the gameplay. The idea I have in mind is of a town management game. You unlock new girls through the island and then have them join your town. The different girls can act as NPCs with different functions.
Once they've joined you can chat with them, complete their requests or give them items to bond with them and unlock sex scenes. You can already see some of this system in the demo if you found the "rare fish" and gave it to Ara.
Those lewd scenes "on demand" are gonna be different from the "story sex scenes" (like the one in the demo with Eris). You are gonna have more freedom in the former, being able to select poses or switch to 3rd person view.
Not all the girls are gonna be part of the main story. I want to have a lot of girls, so it can't be helped.
Now, about the development goals.
I want to include the first three days of the story and the first look into the sandbox part of the game in the next demo.
The first three days are mostly intended to be an introduction. After those you are gonna be free to roam the island.
By the way, the current demo starts on day 3 because I need the town area for the first two days. The game is gonna have a proper start with less infodump in the next build.
Finally, what am I gonna be working on now?
I'll probably start by making a new model for Ophelia, the robot girl. She is a key part of the story that was missing in the demo.
As you have probably seen, I updated her design, so I have to update her model as well. The current one is pretty much unusable. It was the first model I made for the game back in august and I had no idea what I was doing back then. I have been making models for a while, but making them usable in a porn game is a different kind of a beast.
I'll then start working in the town area and then we can have our first voting for a new girl in December. I intend to add 1 or 2 girls to the game every month. Maybe even 3 if I don't have much else to work on.
