What's next for April?

I'm still unsure what's going on out there, nor if I will ever make it out in one piece. I think I did hear some arguing - something about stealing the spotlight, being replaced too quickly, and being extremely hungry. Her voice sounds familiar, and I think Noemi is genuinely afraid.
I just hope it doesn't escalate...
