2025-01-13 21:04:55 +0000 UTCit's funny, in this episode we have James just casually throwing bombs at Ash dangling over a waterfall, and I still can't hate Team Rocket lol, they're just so weirdly loveable even when they're being awful. Todd is actually the main character of a game called Pokemon Snap for the Nintendo 64 by the way, as well as New Pokemon Snap for the Switch, I haven't played it, but it's basically a Pokemon safari photography game, the visuals for the new one are quite pretty. This is the first time in the anime we've had a character from another game in the franchise show up, it kind of shows a bit of the progression of time for the series, they're slowly able to expand things out as the generations go.
