I do find it funny that basically everyone in this old town is packing some kind of firearm, I mean, it kind of makes sense, Kanto is kind of a more rural old fashioned region then the others in the Pokemon world. Oh, there's actually a little things I should bring up about this episodes dub, in the dub, the Squirtle Squad threaten to dye Misty's hair purple, but in the original Japanese version, they actually threaten to execute her, a bit darker lol.
