So a bit of Pokemon knowledge, Bulbasaur would have absolutely demolished Brock's and Misty's Pokemom if Ash caught him at the time. This is also seen in the video game. If you choose Bulbasaur, then you move past Brock and Misty with ease. Also, Bulbasaur would be resistant to the 3rd gym leader, but I don't think the series shows that.

2024-11-28 05:57:15 +0000 UTCYou know despite that Yellow version would destroy my dreams of having a Raichu because your starter Pikachu thought he was the anime character and fucking REFUSED TO EVOLVE!!! despite me having a thunderstone and being ready and willing I'm almost glad that POS said no you actually can get all the main starters I ended up using the stone one evee to get a molten but as for him I banished his ass to PC I didn't release him that would've been to good for him I just put him in a PC box and never used him again I took him out one time later just to see how he was because that version had a unique feature that showed how your Pikachu felt about you and he hated me ...good fuck him I ended up going double Charizard to heal my broken heart

2024-11-27 21:09:40 +0000 UTCI find it funny how Vermillion City takes the longest to get to in story, when in game, it's shorter than Pewter City and Cerulean City. It took like 2 episodes to get to Pewter City and 1 to get to Cerulean City despite Viridian Forest and Mt Moon being far more convoluted compared to the route it takes to get to Vermilion City. Though there is an episode that may indicate they took a detour route, based on one of the game characters showing up.
