Stationmaster 2 0.11.4: Breeding (and a hotfix)

As always, very excited to release another patch. This one adds growth vats, expands concubine options, and fixes a ton of bugs/quality-of-life issues.

Small hotfix: Some implants were broken in 0.11.3, and fixed in 0.11.4.

Growth Vats:

• Growth vats rapidly age people born on your station to adulthood. You can turn them on and off in the Policies window, as well as set the training focus of the simulated life.

  • Chaotic allows the vat to do strange experiments (like simulating a life in a fantasy universe where magic works), but is unlikely to produce instant devotion.

  • Orderly produces regimented devotion when the mind is suited to it, but just as often veers off into mindbreak or insanity.

• You can now access a family tree on the inspection screen.

Concubines:

Concubines can now be moved to the general population, and treated like anyone else (when their training is complete). This includes everything from regular assignments to pregnancy. You can also move most of them back to their old posts through the inspection screen, if you change your mind.

Rules Assistant:

• Added new actions to free, kill, or favorite.

• Added new preconditions for breast/butt size, favorite, and vat-born.

Other changes:

• Split the corporate mall into separate markets.

• Earrings and similar are now accessories, so they can be applied with crowns and similar.

• Clothing now deforms around pregnant bellies.

• Added keyboard shortcuts to decks.

• Improved lighting on most decks.

• Improved water effects.

• Added reputation/influence changes to furniture tooltips.

• Nerf strip mining by 5x

• Reduced number of tributes gained automatically.

• You now get influence for paying to educate children born on your station.

• Pregnant people now have new dialog in several areas.

• New events focused on pregnancy.

• Pregnancies with many babies can be fatal if the mother's constitution isn't high enough.

• You can now apply contraceptives without the surgery center.

• Removed strange camera motion when using the panels on the inspection screen.

• The orgy bed now triggers sex with everyone in it, not just one participant.

• Hostile Biomachinery and other fixed upgrades no longer block other upgrades from showing in the holdings list.

• Major performance optimizations to lots of systems.

• Obedient characters are no longer excluded from any structures.

• Policies screen is now scrollable.

• Reduced volume of revivalists theme.

• Buffed orbital factories.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that caused money to behave strangely over around 10m.

• Evie can't get pregnant when she's still working at the bar.

• The finishing school now draws in the correct location

• Made Evie's options clearer on the repeat event.

• Prestige no longer undercounted in value description.

• Fixed Volkov's spite implant, and associated events.

• Mystery implant now blocks pregnancy.

• Various minor tooltip/display fixes.

• A ton of minor event and image fixes.

• Fixed a bug that caused a click to play sometimes when hitting a line with no text.

• Pillory now has a description.

• Reduced range and volume of pool sonud effect.

• More pathing improvements.

• Reduced lag when pathing is impossible.

• Kinscourge's captives improved.

• Blowing up the base in the "Security Breach" event now properly kills everyone.

• The brief info panel that shows up on some events no longer sticks if you skip the event.

• Katarina Sola and Zed now properly show as prestigious.

• Fixed a bug that stopped you from bulldozing some structures.

• Pressing numbers when in menus no longer changes game speed.
