Thanks all for your patience. This was a really long time coming, but sometimes you have to break everything at once to get things into a good state. I had to re-architect pretty much everything, but it's set now. This is definitely the most complex single update I've ever done for a game. I hope it's worth the wait.
TL;DR:
A complete rewrite and redesign of almost everything on the station.
A ton of fixes and improvements to the galaxy map.
A new main quest.
So much optimization. You can now have several thousand people, not just a few hundred.
Mac and Linux: I've heard Wine works well.
Decks:
The station construction system has been redesigned from the ground up. Instead of rooms and furniture, you build buildings. Almost all of them have been expanded or replaced outright.
The station is now split into five decks, each with its own purpose.
The Palace Deck holds the throne, and your personal entertainments.
The Administration Deck holds citizen housing, and the new ministries.
The Pleasure Deck holds hotels, bars, brothels, and all things fun.
The Slave Deck has everything they need, from housing to training.
The Industrial Deck has shipyards, and their infrastructure.
Decks start much smaller than the old station, and have to be built out over time.
Some sections have special features that you will discover as you unlock them.
All decks have different structures, but you can build any structure on any deck if you want to.
Some structures are now unlocked by progress in galactic conquest.
New station characters:
Station characters now use new models. Tourists, citizens, slaves, and the player are now identifiable at a glance, and much better-looking.
Slaves match hair and skin color.
Characters in the station view now have expressions and walks based on training state.
Pathing has been rewritten from scratch. It's more stable, works with the new elevators between decks, and is generally much nicer.
No more aimless wandering.
Citizens go to bed if they have a day off and no entertainment, or leave if they're jobless/homeless.
Tourists just leave if there's nothing to do.
Slaves sit down on the slave deck if they have no work, and pass out if they have no bed.
You sit on your palace floor if you don't have anything better to do.
Story:
A main quest, following the consequences and new challenges of your transformation from minor player to galactic overlord.
Three new concubines:
Nova Sera, your Minister of Thought
Khanna Sera, your Minister of Freedom
[SPOILER], the leader of the new [SPOILER] faction.
More content for existing factions.
Small rewrites for pretty much everyone.
Three new endings. One early on, and two after you conquer the galaxy.
New descriptions, news items, and other sundry to keep things tonally consistent with the new main story.
Rules Assistant:
Speaking of things rewritten from scratch...
Added English descriptions to the top to show exactly what the rule will do, and to whom.
Added implants and drugs.
You can now make a slave exempt from future rules in the RA.
You can now filter by how you got a slave (market, tribute, spoils, or events), as well as whether they are devoted, mindbroken, insane, or virgin.
Improved UI clarity.
Rules no longer run when the RA is open.
Edge scrolling no longer happens in the RA.
You can now tab through UI elements.
Rules can no longer give assignments that are not allowed for the training state.
Quality of Life:
The header now shows more information about all of your resources, and how they're changing.
You can now hold Esc to skip cutscenes.
Holding shift now doubles the camera movement speed.
The concubines menu now shows who wants to talk.
You can now apply civilian upgrades to all systems at once.
Improved tutorial.
Added indicators to more furniture.
You now get notified when a slave doesn't have a bed, though they will eventually rest up by sleeping on the floor.
You can now buy slaves 50 at a time.
Tourists and citizens now show up based on how much you have for them to do, not just when they feel like it.
Hover cards now show mindbroken/insane/devoted statuses.
Nipple, genital, and lip colors now change with the skin color slider.
Other:
An insane amount of optimization. Performance is a LOT better now, especially with lots of people around.
You now need to build Ministries of thought/freedom to expand your empire and keep it running smoothly.
Sequences of events now come closer together.
Reduced the number of clicks for slave introductions.
New main menu.
Slaves assigned to "disobedient-only" or "obedient-only" stations will move if they no longer meet the condition.
Many decor items re-worked to align with people and generally look better.
New icon and cursor.
Flayed decoration is now human-sized.
Defeating the Lotus Noocracy gives you Sister Life immediately.
More mini notifications stay in history.
New loading screens.
Inspect new/unassigned buttons on the slave list are now grayed out if they don't apply to anyone.
Max thrust speed in sex animator doubled.
There are now 5 classes of ships, each with different advantages and disadvantages. Some unlock later in the game.
Ships are now balanced by the combination of cost, supply, and the number of civilian casualties they inflict.
All furniture has been re-aligned with the new character models.
Added minimaps to all floors.
Added a quick refresher on the combat UI to the galaxy map when you select an opposing faction's star.
Double-clicking on a star focuses it.
You will now take a trophy every time you conquer a world, by default.
Changed slave value calculation to value high stats more, reward devotion, and punish insanity/mindbreak.
Added citizen Employment/capacity to economic report.
Several UI things now make sounds.
Re-balanced training speeds.
Camera now starts in sensible places.
You can now look slightly more up.
DJ, bartender, and club dancer now fall under the new "Customer Service" assignment. Separated assignments removed.

Renamed "master" assignment to "palace."
Tweaked slave list arrows to makes it clearer which column they mean.
The throne is now 4 tiles wide so it can line up with the stairs.
Barracks Worlds upgrade now gives 100 supply, not 1000.
