It's really close. Gameplay works, menus are wired up, and the placeholders are purged.
Animations are almost ready to go into the game, pending some work with the animation package's developers (I decided to use some high-tech beta software, which is incredible, but occasionally has workflow-breaking bugs). Once those are in, it's basically a matter of lining everything up, playing through a couple times to test, and shipping it.
I'm aiming to release 0.1 in two weeks. Depending on how animations sort out, it might end up being three, but probably not four.
