It's good to be working on this again. New features are always a lot more fun than debugging.
Draft Design:
TV Studio
This will consist of a new floor with a TV newsroom, as well as a new job title and some new opportunities (I don't know about you, but I've known a couple people who would do literally anything to be on TV).
Basement
Your office building's grimy old basement can be yours for a paltry sum. Once you buy it, you will be able to fill it with bondage gear and send people there for training (once you have enough influence over them, of course).
More Office Floors
The elevator will now let you purchase and visit more office floors. This will let you further expand your corporation, and stop cramming all of your employees into cubicles just to build that sweet sweet empire. One will also contain a gym, which your employees will visit from time to time.
