Downtime Update
Added 2020-07-11 00:53:56 +0000 UTCThe votes are in and "Take a goddamn break" was the clear winner. I don't know about you, but the best way for me to stop working is to get blackout drunk. Everything else leads me to thinking "just one task..." until my wife, my cat, or the sun manages to break me out of it.
When I woke up this morning and started Blade and Sorcery to work through my hangover, I noticed that blackout-me had somehow created a dagger that takes everyone's clothes off when you touch it.
Weird.
For those of you who are interested, the full task list I woke up to is below (cleaned up a bit):
- Create fighting pit as map (also "fucking URP," which I'm sure is meaningful).
- Create penis spear attached to hips
- Move stripping script off of dumb dagger
- Test with full-body tracking (Editor's note: Drunk me ordered trackers and Index controllers. Can't decide if annoyed or excited.)

For anyone watching this: I think I'm going to try to do this right (the attachable penis and map basically work, but now I want better textures and combat stripping). Also, It sort of works with just the controllers, but lining everything up is incredibly frustrating when your hips move with your head and arms. Unfortunately, their animation system assumes that you'll be fighting, and doesn't do a good job of positioning your hips if you're... not. I'm going to test it out with full body tracking as soon as my drunk order comes in, and will probably recommend that for the best experience.
