Sneak Peek: Transitions

Here are some screenshots of a Bova transitioning from 1% to 100%. As I mentioned in the design, the process can be paused at any point, either by stopping serum or through the game settings.

People were divided on udders, so I opted to remove them for now, and plan to extend the surgery center to add implantable accessories in the final version of 0.20 (which should be released in mid-February). Once that's set up, you'll be able to add or remove individual features like udders, horns, and maybe even some cybernetics.

Since the last post, I've also added hooves, which will show up on relevant species (cows, horses, succubi, unicorns, and deer) after a certain threshold.

The art and writing tasks are around 95% done, so the next week will be focused on getting everything wired up with the rest of the game. I'm still targeting 2/2 for the alpha release, so it's crunch time now. A ton of work has gone into this one, and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your patience during a longer-than-usual delay between patches.

Thanks! I agree with you on the next patch (that's actually the current plan unless the gender overhaul stretch goal gets hit, in which case things get a bit more interesting).

Keep up the great work! IMO 0.21 should be focused on bug fixes and some new events/more stuff to do after conquering the galaxy. I am on my 4th playthrough since I found this game 2 weeks ago. I have fully conquered the galaxy every time (takes me 6-7 hours of gameplay now) and besides the occasional interesting event, there is nothing to do. So I end up starting over. Also, the galaxy should be harder to conquer. Once I have 10 or so Dreadnaughts, I can conquer 2-3 factions without closing the galaxy map (which leaves me sorting through a few hundred slaves). The game is awesome. Consider me a supporter till the end :)
