Teaser: Military Base Upgrade
Added 2018-10-12 18:55:59 +0000 UTC0.17b is likely going to be released to diplomats and above tomorrow, barring any significant issues.
I've added docks to the military base so you can easily distinguish between "Available," "Repairing," and "Travelling." Ships will be appropriately missing from their docks when in transit (repair will look the same for now).
The new freely-rotating camera from 0.17a (which will be released to brothel owners tomorrow) also allows for some much better beauty shots of the station.
