Features for 0.13
Added 2018-06-28 18:53:06 +0000 UTCI'm wrapping up the development on 0.12, so here are the votes for 0.13.
I've changed a couple things since last time:
I'm taking care of a chunk of the graphical overhaul in 0.12, so the graphics overhaul patch will include the rest of that, as well as a bunch of decorative furniture and a new slave assignment.
I'm changing the shopping district into a club for 0.12, so the club patch will contain additions to that instead of a new room.
